Refund policy

My Patriot Closet strives to choose vendors that promote "Made In America” and do our very best to choose quality merchandise in a variety of styles with materials made in the USA.  We use a print-on-demand service, which means all products are unique and produced only once ordered.  Our policy on returns and exchanges only pertains to damaged products or defects in manufacturing.  You must contact us within 28 days of product delivery.  Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.  Photo (or video) of all affected products, visible in one frame, will be required for confirmation purposes.

For direct-to-garment products, there is a tolerance of 0.5” for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects. 

Our policy does not support returns or exchanges for customers who order the wrong size, color or change their minds.  Please carefully read the product descriptions.  There, you will find sizing charts, descriptions of fit and product care instructions.  We vigorously test the products we sell so you know what to expect.
