Shipping policy
Most products have a 3 business day production time frame with physical delivery in an additional 3-5 business days in the continental US. Expect this timeline to be the "worst case" scenario. In most cases, customers receive their products much sooner. We currently do not ship outside of the United States except to military posts with the correct address format listed below. Please allow 15-30 days for delivery.
- The full name of the addressee. Mail sent without a full name will not be delivered
- The unit or Post Office box number
- A three letter code associated with the type of location. APO is used for Army and Air Force installations. FPO is used for ships and Navy installations. DPO is associated with U.S. embassies overseas.
- The “state” of the addressee. Rather than an actual state or province in a foreign country, the “state” for a military address should be:
- AA for Armed Forces Americas
- AE for Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East and Armed Forces Africa
- AP for Armed Forces Pacific
- The 5-digit zip code for the military unit. All military zip codes will start with a 0 or 9.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial or full refund will be issued based on circumstances. Delivery issues such as lost orders, significant transit delays, delivery to the wrong address or having status of “delivered” while our customer has not physically received the parcel would most likely qualify for a full refund solution. If the order is returned back to the sender, and it is because of customer error, we will offer a 50% partial refund/replacement order with shipping charges.
